In order to gather as many responses as possible, the deadline for our short survey on the Cost of Living Crisis has been extended by 1 week: it will now close on Friday 8th December 2023 (a week from today). We want to hear your views on rising energy costs 💡, staffing 🧑‍🤝‍🧑, consumer confidence 🛍️, cutting costs ✂️, post-Covid recovery 😷, renewable energy ☀️, and funding. 💸

It is fantastic to see our Trainee for Wales, and Heritage Trust Network Youth Forum member, Izabella Maar at The Heritage Alliance debate today. Izzy talked about the lack of graduate schemes or graduate-specific opportunities in the sector and the lack of progression once you have secured that first role.

Heritage Trust Network currently has 3 graduate trainees who are paid a living wage. What is your organisation doing to provide opportunities for young people entering the sector?
