An update on this case. We have been informed that Giorgio's windows will be replaced in 2027. Which will leave him having to get through another winter with windows which let cold air and rainwater inside.

More ivy pruning. Many thanks to the bag collection team for proactively stopping and taking 7 bags crammed with ivy. Saved me a lot of walking and carrying. Much appreciated 👍.
