We have fantastic news! Please share.

We have been given the amazing opportunity to double any donations to the Centre through our Crowd Funding page from now until the 21st of June 2026!
We have been awarded Live Match Funding by The London Cancer Hub, which means you’ll be able to see your donation double as soon as you add it!

Here's the link to our Crowd Funding page:
https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/keep-ryan-neuro-therapy-centre-moving

Every donation, big or small, helps us continue offering expert support in a caring, welcoming environment, and will help fund specialist neuro physiotherapy, therapy assistants, accessible exercise classes, and our adapted gym and studio — helping more people stay active, independent and connected.

Thank you for your support! ❤️

It was very close but we won the prize pot! Woohoo!! 🎉 What a great speech Karen did, it really hi-lighted the amazing work we do at the Centre and we’re very grateful for all the support we received . It’s great to meet other community projects doing inspiring work…a big shout out to The Fantastic Freddie Foundation and Sutton United Foundation (Sutton Youth Darts) for their fabulous pitches and the awesome work they do, and a big thank you to Sutton Soup for raising the awareness of these projects. We’ll be back at the next Sutton Soup in July to show everyone what we spent our winnings on!

What do we do when Louise, our amazing Box Fit instructor, goes on holiday?

We bring in her Dad, of course! 😀🥊🥊

A huge thank you to Paul Weeks for stepping in and keeping the family fitness flag flying high. Paul runs his own non-contact boxing sessions every Wednesday evening, specially designed for people living with Parkinson’s—such an inspiring way to stay active and connected.
You can find out more about Paul's classes here: https://localsupport.parkinsons.org.uk/activity/box-fit-non-contact-boxing-class

Louise will be back next week for another high-energy Box Fit session—we’ve definitely missed you... It’s been far too quiet without you!😀

We are pitching at Sutton Soup next Thursday the 23rd of April and would love as many supporters and members join us as possible. If you can spare a couple of hours between 7 and 9pm to come along on a fun evening (and, very importantly, vote for us to win funds to buy vital accessories for our cross trainer! ) we would love to see you!

Follow this link for more information and to book your place: https://suttonsoup.org.uk/

You don't need to pay anything until you arrive, which is a £5 donation.
You'll hear 4 local community projects talk and pitch for funding and then you vote for the one you'd like to win the cash prize pot (hopefully us!! 😊)

Oh, and there's a break where you'll get a delicious bowl of homemade soup and the best sourdough bread ever...so don't eat before you come!

Hope to see you there!

We had an absolutely fantastic day on Saturday taking on the O2 Arena climb!
An amazing group of people came together, faced their fears, and pushed themselves to new heights—all to raise funds for our Centre.
A very special shout out to our wonderful member Sue, who showed us all what resilience looks like. She didn’t let her MS stand in the way of achieving her goal—and inspired every single one of us along the way. You are incredible, Sue! 🌟
There’s still time to donate, please click on the link below:

Meet our wonderful Centre member, Biraj.

In June 2024, Biraj was about to head off on holiday when he suddenly collapsed. He was rushed to hospital, where doctors discovered he had suffered two strokes, affecting both sides of his brain. As a result, Biraj lost his speech and most of his body movement. Through intensive physiotherapy and speech therapy, Biraj slowly began to regain movement. It became clear that recovery would be a long journey, requiring ongoing support and determination.

Following a recommendation, Biraj joined the Ryan Neuro Therapy Centre, where he continued his rehabilitation. Through consistency, resilience, and commitment to his personalised physiotherapy programmes, he has made incredible progress.

Once a very active project manager, Biraj now focuses on small but meaningful wins — and each step forward is a powerful achievement. Today, Biraj shares his recovery journey to inspire others through his YouTube channel, Forward Motion Fitness, promoting patience, consistency, and the importance of moving forward — one step at a time. You can follow Biraj’s journey here:

We're all very proud of Biraj's progress and feel honoured to be part of his journey here at the Centre.
