The talk will be followed by QA and an introduction to Transmission Meditation. Admission is free and booking is not required. All are very welcome! Hope you can come along and hear the information.

Join us on April 11th for our next Introduction to Transmission Meditation talk, open to those new to meditation or experienced.

We will begin the afternoon with an explanation of the background to Transmission Meditation, and a clip from a video of Benjamin Creme. The afternoon concludes with the opportunity to take part in a meditation session.

All welcome, no booking required, free entry.
