Well, this is a bit surreal!
Amidst the crazy mess of everyday life, research project and course creation, I somehow found myself writing a chapter for this amazing book on female leadership, "Femme Led" from Red Thread Publishing.

I'm completely humbled and a little bit awestruck to see my name on this list alongside such wise and wonderful women. It was a 'pinch me' moment that my brain is still processing.

I've had a sneak peek at some of the other chapters, and I'm just blown away by the courage, wisdom, and raw honesty these ladies are bringing to the world. Their stories are a true gift and learning from them has been the best part.
Can't wait for this to be out in the world - sometime in April.

Hi everyone 👋 I’m Asya, a researcher, parent, curious human, and possibly a little bit too obsessed with figuring out why some of us seem to feel, think, and see the world so differently… and what incredible strengths might be hiding behind that.

✨ Many years ago, I started looking at neurodivergence from a new angle, not just as “something to manage,” but as a different operating system entirely. The more I studied the brain, nervous system, and behaviour, the more I realised: what we often call “challenging” behaviour is often just misread genius under pressure.

This upcoming talk (on January, 23rd) is my way of opening the door to a new kind of conversation: one where you're not blamed, your child’s not pathologised, and we get to talk about what actually helps in a real-life, down-to-earth way.

If you’ve ever thought:
> “Why does nothing seem to work for my kid?”
> “I’m doing everything I can, why does it still feel so hard?”
> “I just want to understand them better and maybe myself too…”

"Easy Neuroscience" - a new show at SoundArt Radio, is my latest challenge and love!

🎙️ So… I went on the radio… 😱

I couldn’t resist sharing the latest mind-bending research about Nervous system, Light, and Quantum principles, although I’m so not radio-natural (heavy accent, racing mind and all.. 😅)
Luckily, I had a secret weapon in the studio: my 12-year-old son. He jumped in with questions, gave me pep talks during the breaks and probably did a better job than me at times!

If you can forgive the rough edges, I think you’ll find the science as exciting as I did.

Many years ago, I had a dream. It was so realistic that when I woke up, I thought I had fallen asleep and was dreaming of "the old world".
I know, my generation will not see it, or the generation after that. But one day... I so hope that we will get there. 🌅
Please, tell me if you can see yourself living in a such place. Am I the only one?
