The weather may not have played ball for our new location in the beautiful Cotswolds, but it didn't stop us making the most of the three days of last week's 2026.
On Sunday, some chose paddleboarding, some opted for afternoon tea, others got stuck on country lanes visiting Miserden Gardens or joined The Long Run's own safari. We tried to have our welcome drinks outside but in typical British summer BBQ fashion, we retreated in to the bar to eat - and warm up!
We learned from Olivier Ponti that Latin America is a sexy destination for Europeans, and Avivah Wittenberg-Cox filled us all with optimism telling us about our extra years and how our Q3 could be the best yet.
Making the most of our years, the marquee came alive during the Gala Dinner joined by from who had us up singing and dancing, helping get everyone livened up for the Auction.
We hope the interactive session on Tuesday morning was useful and helps you identify the news your business has to share - you never know who is reading it, and when it might come in use for them.
A huge congratulations again to all the award winners announced during the Gala Dinner.
It was a chilly start to the LATA Fiesta this year. Most of us managed an hour outside to appreciate the lakeside setting and a break in the downpours. We were joined by some not-so-Mexican mariachis, but what they lacked in authenticity, they more than made up for in enthusiasm and coordinated dance moves. Inside, the foosball table and Batak got competitive and Oli's Spotify list got lots of us back dancing again.
Thank you to everyone who supported The LATA Foundation this year by donating a prize, bidding during the auction, or buying a raffle ticket. We are thrilled to have raised an incredible £17,100 and are so grateful for your generosity.
Finally, thank you again to everyone for joining us. Just remember - it's not the years in your life that matter, but the life in your years. Thank you Avivah!
