Ladies and Gentlemen just a gentle reminder that Torquay and the surrounding area is awaiting your presence on the 4th of April for the Handlebar Club AGM , accommodation has been organised at a very reasonable rate by our secretary ( we won't ask how ) but he needs to know by Sunday 16th of March......

From the Secretary

We have been able to obtain a group discount meaning prices are only £56 per person per night and I have reserved a range of rooms that should meet our needs. In order to obtain this rate, this year please pay the Handlebar Club directly and we will collate the details and make the total payment to the hotel on your behalf. Kindly follow the two below steps. Available room types include double, twin, single and family (please contact me directly about the latter).

1) Please can you make a BACS transfer into the club's account. Please include payment reference HBC AGM. Our details are:

2) Please reply to sender confirming payment, mentioning guest names and room type(single, twin,double, ) needed and also any special requirements which I will then combine and return to the hotel. Please note that the deadline for signing up is Sunday 16th March
