With a week now passed since curtain up on Calendar Girls, we bid a fond farewell with some wonderful news… 👀

We are so pleased to announce, that thanks to your very generous donations during our performances of Calendar Girls last week, a fantastic £442.87 was raised for Cancer Research 🎉

As you can see from their letter, the team at Cancer Research are absolutely thrilled, as are we! 😊

So thank you once again for all your support, and we look forward to seeing you all soon! ❤️

Now, we don’t do what we do for the plaudits, but when you receive a review as brilliant as this, it’s hard not to feel great about it! 🥰

🎬🎭 THAT’S A WRAP! 🎭🎬

It’s taken a few days to recover after an incredible 3-night run (and a fab after party…!), but we are still on a high from the most wonderful experience performing for you all! 🎉

Laughter, tears, joy, sorrow, excitement, silliness, empowerment, strength, vulnerability, friendship, love and family - it had it all, and we absolutely loved sharing it with you 💛

We know a few people are a little bit wary of the ‘nudity’ in the show… hopefully we can reassure you that it is actually a very small part of the play and it’ll likely be not quite as you expect, honestly - you see more at the beach! 👙🍑🌻💛

🖌️🛠️BIG UP TO THIS CREW 🛠️🖌️

It’s not all “front of curtain” y’know… we are incredibly lucky to have the most amazing backstage crew who work their fingers to the bone creating the incredible sets, making wonderful props, sourcing costumes, designing lighting and sound and providing much needed refreshments throughout the rehearsal process - we would not be able to put on any show without them and we are so grateful for their talent, skill, commitment and energy! Let’s show our CG crew some love! 👷‍♀️💛
