Young people are ready to work. The problem is that too many are being shut out of the opportunities they need to succeed.

New research from YMCA England & Wales shows that most young people in supported housing want a job and are actively looking for work. Yet many face barriers including poor mental health, a lack of suitable opportunities and systems that don't work for them.

At YMCA St Paul's Group, we see these challenges every day. That's why we're committed to helping young people take their first steps into employment through tailored employability support, skills development, and one-to-one guidance.
