Today at Gather Learn Welcome County Day 2025, it was wonderful to see Megan Kirkby receive her LASER Diamond Award for all her work and support as County Queen’s Guide & DofE Advisor, as well as a County Trustee.

It was also fantastic to see Megan Pinder (Michelle Pinder) receive her Queen’s Guide Award! 👏💙✨

You both should be incredibly proud of your awards — they reflect countless hours of dedication, commitment, and achievement. Well done to you both! 🌟

The weather was so kind for our County rugby session at Sutton & Epsom RFC. Although low in numbers, the girls more than made up for it in enthusiasm and hard work....truly showing that girls can do anything. They definitely were worthy of their Love Rugby challenge badge; with all enjoying and there is already some interest in following up for more rugby sessions! Thank you again Sutton & Epsom RFC & to the Girl Guiding volunteers who give up their time to offer the girls this opportunity! Girlguiding London & South East England England Rugby

Today members of the county were privileged to have been selected to volunteer at the annual Service 2025 at Westminster Abbey Surreal to be able to wonder around a magnificent building steeped in history while also being in the company of HRH King Charles, Queen Camilla, Prince William and Kate plus other distinguished guests for the service. provides many opportunities for all our members.
