For over twenty years, Chana has been giving emotional and practical support to Jewish couples who are experiencing primary or secondary infertility. Due to the Chagim, our helpline will be open on 30 September and 1 October only.

We’ll be back to our regular hours from 5 October.

🟣 What if the fertility journey feels even harder when you experience the world differently? For people with or who are , navigating appointments, treatment, uncertainty and the emotional impact of can bring additional challenges that are not always visible. That is why our Chana team recently took part in ‘Brains Off the Beaten Track’, exploring and how people with ADHD and autism may experience the world differently, and how we can better understand and support them. It was a really valuable opportunity for our team to see things from a different perspective and think about what might be behind what we see on the surface.
Because there is no one way to experience infertility.
And at Chana, understanding the individual matters. 💜🙏🏻

As Yom Kippur approaches, we prepare for a time of reflection, prayer, and remembrance.
During , many remember loved ones who are no longer with us. For those who have experienced pregnancy loss or baby loss, this can feel especially painful and complex.
The United Synagogue Chief Rabbi Sir Ephraim Mirvis have prepared a special prayer to acknowledge pregnancy and baby loss within the Yizkor service. You can find it on our website and print ‘it’, should you wish to say during Yizkor, or as part of your personal prayers.
