🟣 What an incredible evening at The Kasner Centre 💛 Our second edition of Menopause… Your Questions Answered was all about safe spaces, open conversation, and expert guidance every woman deserves. From unspoken facts about to practical tips on hydration, daily routines, and what to ask your GP, we covered it all. Attendees also had the chance to ask personal questions privately after the session.

At this very challenging time, our hearts and prayers are with our brothers and sisters in .

We are holding space for the fear, pain, and uncertainty so many are experiencing, and we stand in unwavering solidarity with those whose lives have been turned upside down by the war.

We are also deeply mindful of the couples in our own community who are navigating their fertility journeys. Times of crisis remind us how precious life is, and how deeply we are all connected.
