🦅 A wild highlight just added to Fundays 2026…

We’re excited to confirm that UK Owl and Raptor Centre will be joining us at Gilwell Park, with live Birds of Prey shows running over lunchtime on both days. 👀

Get ready to see these incredible birds up close, learn more about how they live and watch them in action. One of the must see experiences in this year's ‘Fundays in the Wild’ line-up.

🌿 More to look forward to at Fundays 2026… 👀

We’re excited to share that All Things Alpaca will be joining us at Gilwell Park for Fundays.

Their alpacas will be there to meet everyone, giving young people the chance to get up close, offer them some food and even give them a gentle stroke. All while learning more about these amazing animals. 🦙

🌿 A sneak peek at what’s coming to Fundays 2026… 👀

We’re excited to share that Wild Science will be joining us at Gilwell Park this June, and they’re bringing some incredible creatures with them. 🦎🕷️

From fascinating reptiles and amphibians to mammals and invertebrates, young people will have the chance to get up close and learn something new. They might even meet something they’ve never seen before…

All part of this year’s Fundays in the Wild theme, taking place on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th June! 🦅

🌿 Fundays 2026 is shaping up to be a good one…🎉

We’ve now got even more of the programme confirmed, and it’s looking packed with hands-on experiences your young people are going to love.

Join us on Saturday 13th and/or Sunday 14th June at Gilwell Park (London) for two memorable days of outdoor adventure, fun and discovery. Designed specifically for Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Rainbows and Brownies!

Fundays in the Wild is coming to life with:
🦙 Real alpacas to meet
🦎 Mammals, reptiles, amphibians & invertebrates to get up close with
🧪 Interactive science shows and experiments throughout the day
🪥 The ever-popular Elephant Toothpaste experiment
🌋 DIY lava lamps
🫧 Giant bubbles, bubble snakes (and even bubbles you can bounce)

What a weekend it’s been at Gilwell Park – from start to finish, Squirrels, Beavers and Cubs threw themselves into every activity session. 🤩

That's a wrap on day one of Fundays 2025! 🎬

It's been a brilliant day at Gilwell Park - filled with fun, smiles and laughter. Our young adventurers have got stuck into an action-packed programme and taken some wonderful memories home with them.

A huge thank you to our amazing volunteers, staff teams, partners and providers who have worked tirelessly to deliver a great event, and to all attendees. 🫶🏻

The teams are recharging tonight and getting ready to welcome a new crowd of Squirrels, Beavers and Cubs tomorrow!

🎊 Fundays 2025 is in full swing at Gilwell Park!

The energy is high and the smiles even bigger as Squirrels, Beavers and Cubs get stuck into an action-packed day of fun! 🥳

There's adventure around every corner with activities such as fencing, soft tomahawks and rafting. It's not just about adrenaline at Fundays - there's plenty of colour and creativity with face painting, arts & crafts, drum workshops and more.

It's been a fantastic day so far - and the fun is not over yet! 🥁
