These free seed packs include a mix of easy-to-grow flowers and vegetables and are perfect for beginners. They can be grown in gardens, raised beds, or even containers on balconies.

Thank you to Vistry 'who have generously donated and assembled four brand new benches for the central garden at Northwick Park Hospital, and the social value volunteers' from Grundon, as well as local volunteers and work experience participants, 'who gave their time to come to Northwick Park to sand and varnish the benches and help out with some gardening'.

'It is wonderful to see all these teams come together [with Cultivate London], to deliver amazing social value work at the hospital. As a result, the biodiversity across these sites have been improved and green spaces have been created where staff and patients can enjoy and connect with nature.'
