Nene Tereza is a charity and non-profit organisation established in 2007, dedicated to bringing people together and building strong relationships within and across communities. The Nene Tereza Albanian British National Organization is Charity non-profit organization established in 2007 to facilitate and perpetuate the education and training of Albanian speaking community in UK which come with our

Albanian heritage. Our programme goal is to preserve and teach our next generation the beautiful and ancient Albanian Language history and culture including activities such as traditional fold dance, vocal coaching, sports and tutoring, this will enable our community to orientate, settle and gain access to education, training and employment. Among our priorities is to support the Albanian-British to integrate in the UK society to suffice their day to day needs and play active roles in their community as well as the British society.

📚🇦🇱 A quick visit to the Embassy of the Republic of Albania in London to collect the school books for the new academic year starting this September.

We are delighted to see more and more families registering their children for our Albanian Supplementary School this year. It is inspiring to witness our community coming together to preserve the Albanian language, culture, and heritage for future generations.

Our heartfelt thanks go to Ambassador Uran Ferizi and the Embassy of the Republic of Albania in London for their continued support of our school and the Albanian community.

We look forward to welcoming all our students back this September for another successful and inspiring school year.

An Important Step in Expanding Our Mission 🇦🇱🤝🇬🇧
The Nënë Tereza Association’s project supporting Albanian prisoners in the United Kingdom is continuing to expand across prisons, with the aim of providing support, hope, rehabilitation, and successful reintegration into society.

Today, together with the Ambassador of Albania to the United Kingdom, Mr. Uran Ferizi, Lea Laman Ypi, and the staff of the Nënë Tereza Association, we visited Albanian prisoners at HM Prison Wormwood Scrubs.

During the visit, we held open and encouraging conversations, listening closely to their challenges, concerns, and hopes for the future. We firmly believe that every individual deserves an opportunity to change, to rehabilitate, and to rebuild their life as a positive member of society.

Together, we will continue to build bridges of hope, dignity, and inclusion for our community.
