We are delighted to announce our new supporter, the Victoria Wood Foundation

Building on Victoria Wood’s legacy, the Foundation is committed to supporting the arts, and this year they will help us provide even more young people in our community with opportunities to explore their creativity and express themselves through the arts.

We’re incredibly grateful for their support and excited about the opportunities this partnership will create.

🏠 We're on the move...

This September, after 15 brilliant years on Hoxton
Street, we are moving to an exciting new home. The
good news is we're not going far; just two streets over
to Kingsland Road.

Our new home will mean we can support hundreds
more young writers weekly and expand our offer for
volunteers and our local community.

Here's to the next chapter of our story. We can't wait
to share it with you.

It's National Writing Day and we're celebrating the power of storytelling with Patrice Lawrence's invitation to 'Write A Book By Its Cover'.

Why not take a break from the heat and join our Writing Facilitator Autumn, as they use an existing book cover to inspire a new piece of writing.

🗻 Adventuring with Wonderbly

This term, we've kicked off a very exciting partnership with personalised story book extraordinaires, Wonderbly.

Their team of designers and publishers will be working with our young writers to produce and print their very own adventure books, inspired by Wonderbly’s imaginative story worlds.

Each book will follow a protagonist, created by a young writer, as they adventure through an illustrated world by Marija Turina, the illustrator behind Wonderbly’s global bestselling Where Are You? Series.
