📸🏳️‍🌈 CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS: Q***R LIVES OF WALTHAM FOREST 🏳️‍⚧️📸

What does q***r life in Waltham Forest look like today?

We're inviting LGBTQ+ people and allies to submit photographs celebrating q***r life across the borough,from chosen family, friends and partners to local spaces, creativity, community and everyday moments.

✨ No photography experience needed
✨ Phone photos welcome
✨ Authenticity matters most

Selected works will be exhibited at Winns Gallery, Soho Theatre Walthamstow and Waltham Forest Libraries as part of Waltham Forest Pride 2026.

📷 Submit:
• 1–3 photographs (taken in 2025–2026)
• JPEG, PNG or print-ready PDF
• Image title(s)

👥 Open to LGBTQ+ people connected to Waltham Forest and allies collaborating with LGBTQ+ participants.

📅 Deadline: 30 June 2026

🌈 WALTHAM FOREST PRIDE IS BACK 🌈

This year, we're doing things a little differently.

Join us from 6–18 July for a grassroots, community-led festival taking place across Waltham Forest, celebrating q***r culture, creativity, and community.

Over two weeks, expect everything from art workshops, film screenings, and panel discussions to exhibitions, live performances, and some of the most exciting emerging q***r talent from East London and beyond.

Whether you're looking to connect, learn, create, celebrate, or simply spend time with your community, there'll be something for everyone.

Organised by the Waltham Forest Pride Collective in collaboration with Walthamstow Trades Hall .

✨ For everyone.
