Mental Health Awareness Week 2026 💛

This year’s theme is Action — and we’re seeing more organisations than ever taking meaningful action to support mental health and wellbeing.

This week, Team Zen is travelling across the UK delivering wellbeing experiences in universities, student accommodation, workplaces and healthcare settings.

From the Zen Bus and pop-up spaces to breathwork, mindfulness, massage, aromatherapy and mindful crafts — we’re creating spaces for people to pause, reset and reconnect.

And what we do works.

Participants report an average 31% increase in mood after our sessions, measured through before-and-after wellbeing surveys.

The fact we’ve never been busier reflects two things:
✨ the very real challenges people are facing right now
✨ a positive shift towards workplaces and education providers recognising that wellbeing support truly matters

Because supporting mental health shouldn’t just happen once a year — it should be part of everyday culture.

Proud to be part of the movement. 💛

Some fun facts about our Zen bus from our driver Neil! 💛🚌

It’s not every day you see a big American school bus roam around the UK, we love how it puts a smile on everyone’s face! If you see us out and about, give us a wave! 👋
