The Girls' Home program by the Noor Project serves as a safe haven for orphaned girls, addressing their needs for housing, meals, education, healthcare, and other necessities.
This program is important to understand that the needs and requirements of these girls are more complicated than those of the ordinary child raised in a healthy and privileged household. The Noor Project therefore did not label this project as an “orphanage”, and instead calls it the “girls' home” because it relays the very essence of what it wishes to accomplish; not a building that merely houses these girls, but to provide them with a place they feel safe, loved and truly cared for - A Home.
Noor Project's goal is to now to allow for more girls to be taken care of. The number of girls that currently reside in their girls' home are 80. Out of these 80 girls, some are orphans or have single parents who are unable to provide for them anymore and 85% of these girls have no one but the people at this home to call their family.
Donate Today and be a part of the Noor Project's effort to provide a safe Home for these Orphaned girls.
