Dock & Bay began as many great ideas do, a desire for something new, a passion for travel & adventure and most likely, a few too many drinks. Andy (UK) and Benno (AUS), work mates and global travellers, decided to completely reinvent the bulky, soggy beach towel, and brighten up the dull, outdated travel towel. Dock & Bay towels are lightweight, fast drying, compact and sand free. They come in a variety of shapes, colours and sizes, packaged in a custom designed soft cotton pouch - making them perfect for anything you’re doing outdoors (or indoors, we wont judge).

On World Su***de Prevention Day, we asked participants of the Feelin’ Good Walk what they do to care for their mental health 💙

From bonding with pets and heading out on a skateboard, to talking with friends, journaling, going to therapy or taking a walk down to the coast, there are lots of ways we can look after our minds.

Whatever works for you, taking care of your mental health is important. And so is checking in on the people around you. A simple “how are you really doing?” can mean more than you know.

Let’s keep the conversation going, look out for one another, and make space for mental health every day. 💙
