Huge thanks to Marcia Pires, an old friend of CAYSH, for leading Wednesday's Beyond Wellbeing session at our Coffee & Cake this month 💗

Marcia shared some really valuable insights of ''being well'' and how it is mutidimensional, whilst also recognising how the habits and pressures of busy days can quietly stack up over time...

A great reminder that being well isn't a personal luxury, it's a shared responsibility that helps us grow personally and professionally 💚
