Joining Communities Together. Working with the homeless and those in crisis to help take steps forward JCT.Charity is a National Charity with a local emphasis.

As more and more people find themselves in some kind of personal crisis, homelessness and poverty are all around. Through one-to-one casework, networking, referrals, advice, and help JCT seeks to help people with the next step forward. In various towns and cities throughout the UK the hubs offer services to those in crisis. Whether that be housing, social isolation, or others in need JCT offers pr

actical help to restore dignity and create community. In practice, this takes many forms, from offering showers and laundry service to rough sleepers to advocacy, ESOL classes, or housing help for others. In COVID-19 times many services and signposting is offered online in one-to-one support. In non-social-distancing times several thousand visits are logged monthly, as all kinds of people have come to enjoy the unique JCT mix of practical help and friendship
