Through Orphanage Partnerships, fundraising, and Kingdom projects, The Chayil Commission's Mission is to carry out Christians' mandate to care for orphans (James 1:27). God's little children all over the world, but especially in Africa, end up in situations where they are abandoned, broken, and afflicted with starvation, sickness, and disease through no fault of their own. We collabora

te with Christ-centered orphanages all over the world to meet the needs of the children in these orphanages by ensuring that the godly caregivers are equipped with everything they need to ensure that these children have everything they need to live a happy, fulfilled life and are empowered to become all that the Lord has called them to be. Food, clothing, educational publications, and Bibles are just a few of the items that donations are used for.. For anyone wishing to send specific items, we also have a UK PO BOX. OUR VISION
We believe that being raised in a happy, healthy, and most importantly Godly family is the only way to ensure a stable, successful godly generation. Our ultimate goal is to serve as a conduit for placing a child in a safe family home through adoption. True spirituality that is pure in the eyes of our Father God is to make a difference in the lives of the orphans, and widows in their troubles, and to refuse to be corrupted by the world’s values. (James 1:27)

CHAYIL CONFERENCE 2026 🤍

After days of serving, giving, praying, evangelising and reaching communities across Jos, we’re closing out the CHAYIL Mission Trip 2026 with a powerful gathering and we want YOU to be part of it!

Our main conference session — a time of worship, the Word and prayer , as we gather to encounter God and receive fresh strength for the journey ahead.

From the streets to the hospital wards, we’ve spent this week taking the love of Christ to people. Now, we’re gathering together to worship the One who sent us.

FINAL OUTREACH DAY — HOSPITAL VISIT 🤍

The hospital visit was by far the most intense day of the mission trip.

We came with hospital supplies and gifts for some of the patients, but more importantly, we came with prayer, love and hope.

We spent time with women preparing to give birth, mothers who had just delivered, and some facing complications. We prayed over them, encouraged them, and declared healing, strength, safe deliveries and the peace of God over them and their babies.

There were difficult moments, but there were also beautiful moments of faith. Hope was given.

As the final day of our outreaches, it was a powerful reminder that ministry is not always about a platform. Sometimes it is simply sitting beside someone in their pain, praying with them, and reminding them that God sees them.

We came to serve, but we left changed. 🤍

The outreaches may be over, but we believe the seeds planted and prayers prayed will continue to speak.

EVANGELISM DAY | CHAYIL MISSION TRIP 2026 🔥🤍

Today, we took the Gospel to the streets of Jos

The day began with prayer, followed by powerful praise and worship, before the team stepped out to share the Gospel with passersby, pray with people, and lead souls to Christ.

Hearts were deeply touched as many encountered the love of Jesus firsthand some hearing the Gospel for the very first time, others being prayed for in moments of need, and several responding to the altar call with open hearts.

Beyond preaching, we demonstrated the love of Christ in practical ways, sharing food with people who are less privileged and reminding them that they are seen, loved, and not forgotten.

Today was a beautiful reminder that the Gospel is not only something we preach it is something we live.

We thank God for His mercies!

Day 2 - Children’s Home Outreach 🤍

A beautiful day of love, laughter and Kingdom impact at the children’s home as part of the Chayil Mission Trip 2026.

We spent time with the children, shared gifts and essentials, and blessed the home with food, clothes, hygiene items, educational resources, toys and a custom-made bookshelf for their school area. 📚🤍

We ended in prayer, with the children praying for us and us declaring blessings over their lives and future.

Children’s Home Outreach 🤍

Today was a beautiful and meaningful day at the children’s home as part of the Chayil Mission Trip 2026.

The children welcomed us with songs and prayers, and the Mama of the home shared a heartfelt testimony of how Chayil Ministries has blessed them in the past.

We spent time playing, laughing, and connecting with the children, and were grateful to bless the home with food items, hygiene essentials, clothes, educational items, toys, gifts, and a custom-made bookshelf for their school area, made possible through the Chayil Daughters. 📚🤍

We ended the day in prayer — the children prayed for us, and we released blessings and declarations over their lives and future.

DAY 1 — WIDOWS’ OUTREACH 🤍 | CHAYIL MISSION TRIP 2026

JOY HAS COME. 🌸

Today, we began the Chayil Mission Trip 2026 by spending time with some beautiful widows here in Jos.

We came to give, but we left having received so much more. 🤍

We were privileged to bless them with financial support for their upkeep, food, beautiful fabrics, hygiene essentials and other practical gifts. But beyond the gifts, we sat with them. We listened to their testimonies. We prayed. We worshipped. We encouraged. We laughed. We shared moments of joy.

One moment that stood out to us was hearing their understanding of the name Chayil — “Cha” meaning woman and “Yil” meaning joy.

And it felt like more than a coincidence.

Women of Chayil. Women of joy.
A reminder that even in seasons of loss, God can restore joy. That they are seen. They are remembered. They are valued. And they are not forgotten. ❤️

Today was about more than an outreach.

It was about honour.
It was about dignity.
It was about love.
It was about hope.
It was about joy.

We ended the day with smiles, pictures and grateful hearts, trusting that every seed sown today will produce a harvest.

Tomorrow, we go.
Chayil Ministries begins the journey to Jos, Plateau State, for our Mission Outreach a week dedicated to widows, children, and communities, carried out through practical support, evangelism, prayer, and the preaching of the Gospel.
Many know Jos for many things, we see a city set on the hill that cannot be hidden. Tomorrow, we walk into it anyway, as ambassadors of Christ, declaring that the earth is the Lord’s and that His light shines even in the darkest places.

Yesterdays’s visit to the children’s home we support was truly impactful. We connected with the children, met with leadership, and assessed key needs ahead of our mission this summer.

The children were full of joy and expectation—and it’s clear that even the little we’ve done has made a real difference 🤍

We’ve also gathered important insights to help us plan intentionally and serve more effectively when we return.

There is a real need… but also a powerful opportunity.

A Mission to Rebuild, Restore, and Bring Hope — Jos, Nigeria 🇳🇬

Some years ago, the Lord sent me to Jos to labour deeply in prayer. At the time, I did not fully understand why that place was so significant.

But historically, Jos has been a gateway for the gospel in Northern Nigeria. Missionaries established churches, schools, and training centres there, and many pastors, evangelists, and revival voices were raised from that region.

Today, as communities in the area face challenges and hardship, the Lord is sending us back — not just to pray, but to serve, encourage, and help rebuild.

Because we believe the words of Jesus:

“The gates of hell shall not prevail.”
— Matthew 16:18

The Chayil Ministries upcoming mission trip to Jos is about restoration, hope, and practical support for communities that have been affected.

Before we go, we are entering we’ll be taking part in several 7-Day Fast for Preparation and Alignment, seeking God’s guidance for this assignment.

And we are inviting others who feel moved by this mission to stand with us.
