Logically speaking, everyone can change the negative environment by either moving house (negative behaviours) or improving it (positive behaviours). And our positive feelings and mindsets motivating our behaviours positively to improve our living environment. It sounds complicated but simple.

For example, you buy a coffee at the same Starbucks everyday because it closed to your home or workplace. One day, a staff member didn’t fill up your cup properly and made you feel uncomfortable about raising the issue. Unfortunately, you are not going to change the shop, but lower your expectations to accept it. Because majority of people are lazy (or afraid) to change even though their comfort zone is no longer comfortable.

The question is how can he re-elected to become the Mayor of London again in the last election 🤔
