Just two weeks to go until the Metropolitan Grand Master joins The Welcome Project for our next flagship Narrated Demonstration!

Friday June 6th will see RW Bro Warren Duke MetGM as a special guest narrator for a presentation of the Narrated Raising, hosted by Bank of England Lodge, tyling at 6pm at Freemasons' Hall.

The evening will see a high quality demonstration of the Ceremony of Raising by the Metropolitan Grand Stewards Demonstration Team, including the Metropolitan Grand Director of Ceremonies W Bro Kyle Alexander and Metropolitan Grand Inspector W Bro Tim Spriggs.

The ceremony is paused throughout so that a team of narrators, consisting of Assistant Metropolitan Grand Master VW Bro Ian Clark and professional actor W Bro Paddy Cooper alongside the Metropolitan Grand Master, can deliver a "director commentary"-style explanation of many of the historical, symbolic, scriptural and esoteric meanings and references in the ceremony.

After the close of the meeting, the attendees will be invited to gather at a private area of the Freemasons Hall bar to mingle with the Metropolitan rulers in attendance.

The Welcome Project has two fantastic meetings lined up for this December! It's certainly 'tis the season to be jolly!!

On Wednesday 18th, at 3.15pm, we join Kingsway Lodge No. 3027 for a double initiation at Freemasons Hall, Great Queen Street.
This is a wonderful old Lodge and a meeting not to be missed.

Then, with time for one last meeting before Christmas, we have another double initiation with King's Cross Lodge No 1732, at 3pm on Saturday 21st. Also at Freemasons Hall, Great Queen Street.

At each meeting you'll also have the opportunity to meet with the Lodge's Metropolitan Grand Inspector and attend the festive board.

The Welcome Project were delighted to attend along with 17 Entered Apprentices and 3 Fellowcraft!

The Welcome Project we are very excited to have two fantastic meetings lined up for the end of this month:

On Saturday 23th November, the Metropolitan Grand Stewards Demonstration Team will be presenting a narrated Third Degree during their morning meeting. If you haven't yet seen a narrated ceremony, with detailed commentary, you really are missing out!

Then, at 5pm on Monday 25th, we'll be joining Knightsbridge Reserve Forces Lodge No. 2978 to Initiate their newest member.
Accompanying WBro Paul Brown, Met Grand Inspector, we are very much looking forward to sharing this first class meeting... plus I gather the festive board is going to be roast lamb, with sticky toffee pudding for dessert!

Both meetings will be held in Freemasons Hall, Great Queen Street, London.

A Triple Initiation with Coborn Lodge No. 1804 on Saturday 2nd November 2024 at 10am.

They say good things come in threes and The Welcome Project are excited to attend a this special meeting and witness a triple Initiation at Chingford Masonic Hall.

Coborn Lodge is a member of the Widows Sons Masonic Bikers Association (WSMBA) where the members wear ‘Cuts’.
..and the festive board is a Full English Breakfast!!

The Welcome Project will be accompanying WBro, Michael Aminzade, a Metropolitan Grand Inspector.

The Welcome Project are very much looking forward to attending a narrated First Degree Initiation Demonstration, being hosted by Gray's Inn Lodge at 11am on Saturday 26th October.

Tickets are still available to attend the ceremony and buffet lunch.

The Welcome Project are delighted to be attending Calculus Lodge No. 3575 at 10am on Saturday 21st September 2024, when the Lodge will be Initiating their newest member, in the presence of WBro. Andrew Imber, Metropolitan Grand Inspector.
