Quote unbelievably impressive naye just an addional. Your Excellncy, this achievement to me goes beyond hope retoration where Ugandans had lost hope and resigned to fate.

Naye wali ku balcony wabuze woko nkempita " Feel Good Factor". It works here in the UK and I believe it works in Uganda. The UK Royal family uses it to link into the populace psychology. It is the called THE BALCON KISS!

I remember a research we did in Czech Republic over 20 or years ago as part of my University International Marketing Module then. Czhec Republic has just embrassed capitalism from years of communist. People were so opportumistic about the grand change

When presenting our group findings, I talked about the feel good factor and how I had identified it as one psychological factor that made Czechs go out and work hard. Our group scored the highest mark by the fact that we had identified a factor that economics always ignore

You had me right, it wouldn't have to stop at a flying kiss from Mrs Kyagulanyi! A Uganda First Family Balcon Kiss would have fired us more into working to a better our country, probably a photo of the Balcony Kiss used on some our merchandise like t-shirts.

We have no problem with honouring the dead, but murderous Museveni, who killed these 2 tourists rubs us the wrong way. As is always the Museveni " saviour sydrome" is at play here. He creates a problem and comes to be seen as the" saviour".

Museveni has killed millions of people in Uganda including an estimated 1m in Luwero. These victims skulls and bornes he killed in the name of bringing "peace" to Uganda- he put their skulls display for tourists!

Now he is rubbing us the wrong again by his continual emotional black mail, call it manipulating the international community that he cares. Not even bothering to mention the Uganda tourist guide he murdered together with these two tourists.

Infact if we are to rename the road, it should in the names of the Ugandan tourist Guide and not the two South African and British Citizens because the two countries continue to support the regime. Let them lay on the bed of thorn roses they created

None other than Museveni killed these tourists.

Some people are unhappy there is no plan to have a memorial to the Ugandan guide killed in the attack.

Museveni only attracts criminals from the international UK

The new Uganda Cranes head coach, Paul Joseph Put served a three-year ban in Belgium after being found guilty of match-fixing. He was also banned by the Guinea Football Federation for breaching its code of discipline. He has previously managed Gambia and Burkina Faso's national teams.
