Where young people step forward as creators, traders, and leaders.

Trade Ready™ is a fully accredited, real-world business programme designed to support young people to bring authentic, original products to life and trade them with confidence in a live market environment.

This programme celebrates creativity with substance.
Products must be real, thoughtful, and expressive whether that is hand-crafted candles, beauty products, vintage clothing, or other original creative concepts.
This is about building something that carries meaning, not copying what already exists.

Through Trade Ready™, participants are guided to:

Develop a creative idea into a viable product or brand
Build self-belief, confidence, and entrepreneurial identity
Learn pricing, storytelling, and customer connection
Trade live with real customers at Greenwich Market, London
Gain accredited outcomes that open future pathways

Trade Ready™ is not about playing small.
It is about owning your creativity, backing yourself, and stepping into the real world with belief.

Your vision was to create a Youth Enterprise Programme and through that vision, you brought together a powerful partnership between Berkeley Capital Group, Royal Borough of Greenwich, and the Academy of Success.

What started as an idea has grown into real collaboration across communities, building new relationships and creating meaningful change. Most importantly, it has opened up tangible opportunities for young people.

There are 12 young people whose confidence, ambition, and future pathways have been positively shaped by this programme and they are extremely grateful to you. Your belief in young people has translated into real action, real outcomes, and lasting impact across communities.
