This is a huge milestone for everyone involved in Change Ahead CIC.

To the landlords who trusted the process, the referral partners who believed in what we're building, and to the tenants who took a step toward stability - thank you.

What started as a simple idea, creating faster, more accessible housing pathways for people facing housing instability, is now making a measurable difference. And this is just the start 🙌.

We’re continuing to expand and welcome:

This International Women's Day we are excited to share a new partnership with Strike Back Self Defence, a Dragons’ Den backed organisation founded by Gulshen Bano.

Strike Back has built the world’s largest women’s self defence movement, delivering trauma informed training that helps women build confidence, awareness and real world safety skills.

Together we will be bringing these workshops to our network across the UK through Change Ahead CIC, supporting women in communities, workplaces and housing environments where feeling safe matters every day.

From women commuting late to hospitality staff finishing night shifts, these sessions are designed to help women recognise risk, set boundaries and respond confidently if a situation escalates.

We are proud to work alongside Gulshen and her team to expand access to this kind of training and empower more women with practical tools for safety and confidence.
