This week is Mental Health Awareness Week πΏ
This year's theme is Action β because awareness alone isn't enough. Real change happens when we show up: for ourselves, and for each other.
Mental health touches every one of us. 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem this year. Yet stigma, silence, and lack of awareness still stop too many people from seeking the support they deserve.
This week, we're taking action.
That means having the conversations that feel difficult. Creating spaces where people feel safe to say "I'm not okay." And making sure that when someone is ready to reach out, they know exactly where to turn. π
