Being a parent can be rewarding, challenging and everything in between. 💜

The EPEC Being a Parent Course is a free 9-week programme for parents of children aged 2-11 years in Lewisham.

Together we'll explore:
✅ Understanding behaviour
✅ Managing feelings
✅ Positive discipline strategies
✅ Looking after yourself as a parent

Co-facilitated by trained parent volunteers, the course offers a supportive space to learn, reflect and connect with other local families.

Through simple songs, harmonies and music from around the world, you'll meet other mums while taking time to focus on your own wellbeing. And don't worry, no singing experience is required!
