We have found that our eclectic approach to talking therapy better meets the mental health needs for Black, Asian and ethnic minority (BAME) groups, as cultural sensitivity is at the heart of the treatment. Our current demographic client group is made up of adults from Black, African, Caribbean and Asian backgrounds and those that identify as ethnic minorities, who present primarily with complex PTSD, depression and anxiety due to childhood and/or sexual trauma. Other areas we can support you with include grief & loss, stress & burn-out, dissociative behaviours, cultural identity & spiritual challenges, understanding relationship & attachment issues including family dynamics
