Our partners Alpro have supported Well Grounded since 2022, sponsoring an annual Traineeship cohort in our London academy. To date, their sponsorship has helped 59 individuals with 97% gaining industry accreditations.

At Well Grounded, we often meet friends and family members across programmes. In 2024, our Graduate DB referred his brother Liam to our programme in London.

Today, they both work as baristas at some of London's most iconic places.
