A free, one-off 45-minute appointment for parents who need help accessing clothes and essentials for their babies and children.

We provide donated, pre-loved clothes and equipment to families who need them, completely free of charge. The service is open to everyone, and you can self-refer or be referred through our website.

Ectopic Pregnancy Awareness Month 💛
An ectopic pregnancy can bring a complicated mix of emotions, sometimes all at once. You might feel scared, numb, angry, guilty, relieved, heartbroken, or simply unsure of what you’re feeling. Whatever you’re experiencing, there is no right or wrong way to respond to pregnancy loss.

This week, we want to make space for those feelings and remind anyone who has experienced an ectopic pregnancy that you don’t have to go through it alone. If you’re struggling with what you’ve been through, talking to someone can help.

We've had a busy day in the office today clearing out files ready for our move to All Saints Carnegie Street in September. 🗄️ It's so special to look back and be reminded of all the counselling sessions, courses, volunteers and staff team who have been through our doors over the years we've been based here. 💜

A huge thank you to our amazing helper for the day, Ava, and to Omi our Operations Manager for masterminding the move!

A week or so ago, we held our Summer Gathering, it was an evening of connection, learning, and conversations around the hidden impact of pregnancy on mental health. 💙 It was a privilege to gather with supporters, partners, and friends to hear powerful insights, celebrate the work being done, and look ahead to the future of Choices.
