The latest bumper edition of hit inboxes yesterday! This issue, I’ve focussed on loneliness, something which on the surface might seem like a depressing subject, but it’s a space where I’ve found endless sources of resilience and discovery. I’ve tried to encapsulate the reasons behind loneliness from my place as a single 30-something. I’ve touched on the health implications and some useful reading, tips and tricks to combatting the negative sides to what can feel like the standard Millennial and Gen Z affliction, all to hopefully help you feel confident and thrive even from a place of isolation.

This weeks Good Grieflet hit inboxes today! I’ve written about moving for the eleventh time in as many years, about finding stability in the most unlikely of places and recommended some fun nostalgia, which is getting me through being surrounded by boxes until next weekend…

The latest Good Grieflet came out today and I am kicking myself for not rebranding to the Good Greek Guide, given that it’s coming to you all the way from Kos 🇬🇷 oh well, next time!

This week I’m chatting about relaxation (primarily my inability to do it), describing holiday jaunts and giving some unhinged book recommendations! Enjoy!

Link is in my bio for this and all previous editions so you can make sure you’ve got some good grief in your life.

The next full-length hits inboxes on Wednesday so make sure you’re subscribed to get it first 💜💚

The latest Grieflet just hit inboxes.

This is my smaller, weekly round up of thoughts, feelings and things I’ve enjoyed. This week I’m musing about relaxation and therapy, now nostalgia is a key component of both for me, Kate Middleton (of course) and lots of things I’ve been watching/reading/listening to this past week.

I hope you enjoy this bitesize portion of Good Grief and that it brings a little joy to your Sunday. As always link in bio to subscribe!

The next full length edition of The Good Grief Guide hits inboxes on Wednesday 27th March - make sure you’re subscribed to get it straight to your inbox and to find out about all the exciting things coming up in my grief world. 💚💜

A little something for Sunday ☕️

I’m experimenting with new content and this week I’ve released the first Good Grieflet. This is a small, but perfectly formed weekly letter, meant to help readers find a quiet few minutes to pause and reflect. It features some of my ponderings from the week, with links to books, podcasts, films and anything else I’ve found that week that have entertained, excited or made me think.

Kicking off with the “new year, new me” vibe, this week I’ve shared some tips on how to be productive without burning yourself out, as well as my journey from stuck and stagnating in the early stages of grief to thriving with my projects in a (hopefully!) sustainable way going forward. I’ve also included a fun easter egg at the end for those interested in following my comedy journey. I hope you enjoy and if you do then please **subscribe** to get some good grief direct to your inbox!

I also launched the Good Grief Subscriber chat over on this week, which will be a space to share thoughts and feelings, have discussions and make space for conversations around grief and loss. Check it out! 💜💚

This week’s delves into the feeling of Hiraeth - homesickness tinged with grief, how millennials are dealing with the current housing situation, as well as how by reframing how you look at the world right now you might be able to free up some headspace to enjoy the here and now.

Hopefully it’ll bring some much needed goodness to these dark days (physically and metaphorically).

If you’re enjoying reading, please consider subscribing to get it direct to your inbox each week. Plus, you’ll be the first to hear some exciting news coming in 2023!

The latest edition of just hit inboxes. This week I delve inside the existential crisis I had earlier this year and how that led me to start doing stand-up comedy.

It’s packed with tips for breaking out of your shell, stopping yourself from being held back and how I’m starting to apply the lessons I’ve learned about approaching comedy to my everyday life.
