Have your say about action to tackle air pollution-

What air quality issues are most important to you?
Do you agree with our proposed approach to meet World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines and targets?
Do you think our actions and priorities will effectively tackle air pollution in Hackney?
We know that air pollution is the largest environmental risk to health in the UK, leading to wide-ranging health effects that can impact everyone at all stages of their life. The new Air Quality Action Plan is looking to keep the Council’s actions up to date in response to the most recent evidence of health conditions, including wider impacts such as on chronic health conditions, poor mental health and dementia.

We are particularly keen to hear from people who frequently access healthcare services in Hackney, or may be particularly affected by poor air quality in the borough, e.g. due to long-term health conditions. I would be grateful if you could share details of this consultation to anyone who you feel may wish to respond.
