Hey folks. Who would like to take a team on the football card in aid of Scottish Action for Mental health? Β£2 per team and Β£40 goes to the winner and Β£40 goes to SAMH. Kian is playing in the charity match this coming Sunday in a Rangers kit all in aid of SAMH.

Mental health affects most people now a days no matter how old and there services are lacking or can be weeks before you can speak to someone, so this charity match will help πŸ’™πŸ’™
