🏆 25 Years of Outstanding Service 🏆

We are delighted to recognise and celebrate an incredible milestone as Neil Wi******er received a special award for 25 years of service to the club.

For a quarter of a century, Neil has been at the heart of everything we do. As Club Secretary, his dedication, commitment, and countless hours of hard work behind the scenes have helped shape and support the club through generations of players, coaches, volunteers, and supporters.

While much of Neil’s work goes unseen, it is impossible to overstate the impact he has had on the day-to-day running and long-term success of the club. His passion, professionalism, and willingness to help wherever needed make him an invaluable member of our football family.

On behalf of everyone connected with the club, thank you Neil for your loyalty, dedication, and 25 years of outstanding service. The award was presented by Sara Coxon and is thoroughly deserved, we are incredibly grateful for everything you continue to do.

One of the best days of the year 2025/2026 presentation day and team day out all welcome to join us at Rutherford at 2pm.

Pre season training starts Saturday 13th June 12.30pm all welcome for open session if interested drop us a message.

Due to a change in circumstances we are looking for an away friendly on July 4th and a home game on July 25th.

End of season awards is Saturday 6th June all welcome for a beer to celebrate the 25/26 season. 2pm

A brilliant season for the club, finishing with our highest ever points tally in the Northern Alliance Premier League with 55 points, narrowly missing out on 5th place and finishing 6th on goal difference.

Another major highlight came in the Durham Challenge Cup, where we made history by beating a Northern League side for the first time ever, overcoming Park View AFC in a memorable night for the club.

This season has seen our young squad develop massively both individually and collectively, showing great commitment and quality throughout the year.

A special mention must go to manager Mick Watson, who has done brilliantly since returning to the club two seasons ago.

Mick guided the club from fourth bottom to a solid mid table finish last season, followed by an excellent top 6 finish this season.

Well done to him and his coaching staff for all their hard work and dedication.

We’re proud of the progress made and excited for what’s ahead. The aim next season is to build on this promising campaign by keeping the squad together and adding one or two new faces to strengthen even further.

Thank you to everyone who has supported the club throughout the season.

Presentation day is Saturday 6th June 2pm all welcome to see who wins this year’s trophies.
