Completing Hyrox in Malaga. That’s a series of eight 1 km runs, with a functional workout station after each run.

Good luck to Jon & Heddus taking on the Vale Coastal Ultra today! 💪🌊

On 11th April 2026, they’re tackling the “Run Walk Crawl Vale Coastal Ultra” to raise funds for Llantwit Major SLSC, a club that means so much to them and to many in the community.

“It’s more than just a club- it’s a place that supports young people, teaches lifesaving skills, and builds confidence, teamwork, and resilience that lasts a lifetime.”

“This challenge is all about giving back. Every penny raised will go towards essential equipment and resources to help train the lifesavers of the future.”

How it works: Register before 2pm (£3 a person), wait for the starting orders () and off you go on the search. Find one of our special eggs, swap it for chocolate one and support your local lifeguards!

They jumped into an exciting in-house competition, putting all the skills they’ve been practicing each week to the test. So proud of their effort, teamwork, and enthusiasm! 👏 ❤️🖤
