As today draws to a close, I want to just remember Joshua
Today was 3 years since he left us. Its been a week of reflection.
As Summer turns to Autumn , we can be reminded that change is inevitable as is growth. From the darkness of tragedy can come new light . We never know what anyone is going through , but a seed in the form of a kind word, a check in, a shared smile, grows. Plus it takes a second. That should include to yourself! Remember you are valuable, worthy. gifted and unique and deserve self care and appreciation too.
