We’re delighted to be hosting the very first exhibition entitled “Reconnections” organised by Suzi Park and Lynne Jones for Make it in Wales.

📍 Venue: Ceridwen Centre, Drefelin, Llandysul SA44 5XE
📅 Dates: 27th October – 2nd November (Half Term Week)

This special exhibition brings together the creative talents of friends from Make it in Wales, Stiwdio3, and Cambrian Wool, showcasing a beautiful selection of their work.

Alongside the exhibition, we will be running a small cafe in the exhibition space serving delicious homemade food, cakes, teas, and coffees — the perfect accompaniment while you browse the artwork and crafts.

We’ll also be hosting a couple of inspiring workshops during the week:

🪶 Carole King – Bookbinding Day Workshop - Thursday, 30th October, 10.30am to 4pm - £45 pp including materials
🐑 Ruth Packham – Needle Felting Workshop: Birdie Baubles - Friday, 31st October, 10am to 4pm - £65 pp including materials

A small selection of artwork entered into our Children’s Art Competition around the theme of myths and legends. A vey big thank you to everyone who took part - all the entries were lovely and very original - our judges, 4 of the exhibiting artists - had their work cut out. Winners were: under 13 - 1st Prize Shyla Peterson, 2nd Prize Martha Haswell and Highly Commended Sioni Ivan Tribe Howell. In the Under 9 category: 1st Prize. Cassius Darby, 2nd Prize Freddie Manning and Highly Commended Lily May Rose Griffiths. Please contact Simone if you need work returned- email [email protected]
