United Freedom was started up and is based from Liverpool in Great Britain. We aim to provide our services and projects from here but we encourage people from all over the UK and further to get involved as we aim to replicate our projects all over Britain and beyond. United Freedom means in order for people to be truly free we must all unite in our communities and work together. It is when humans
unite together that we advance our technology and civilisation. We believe that people must gradually break the insanity of relying on money to survive by uniting/supporting one another in our communities. This will result in taking power back from the elites of our world. We have come to the conclusion that money is the root/source of today's problems/hurt/injustice. Just think for one moment of the problems in your life and most of the problems you see around you. Are they related towards money? If the reliance of money was removed we would most definitely live in a fairer and more equal society. We believe that a resource based society would be a fairer way to live compared to a monetary based system. Our idea of a resource based society comes from Jacque Fresco who is the founder of The Venus Project. Unlike the people in power we don't pretend to have all the answers, unlike politicians who constantly feed us lies and blared truths. (Just think about David Cameron and his promises regarding the tax credits. This is just one of many examples.) But what we do know is, if you bring enough minds together for the common good you will reach the right answer. In truth, we are a group of individuals from all walks of life who believe that there is more to life than working dead end jobs to ultimately keep the elite in a life of luxury. The current system is exploiting everyone and everything around us. Our belief is that nature provides us with all the basic things that we need to survive and it is our human ability that carves out a life of abundance for us to thrive. This means that food, energy, housing should be free to us all as a minimum. Energy should be readily available for us all to use by now and cost absolutely nothing. Just think if we could put a man on the moon half a century ago we should be able to provide everyone with free energy. Take a moment to think why free renewable energy isn't avaliable to us all? Is it because we don't yet have the knowledge to do this? Or is it because it will get in the way of the billions of pounds worth of profit the energy companies make a year? We believe that having a democratic government does not work alongside a capitalist system. This is because huge profits can alter the views, ethics and morals of politicians in the corporations favour. We would like to come to a new way of governing ourselves in the near future. A life where we are not forced to abide by rules we do not believe in, a life where we are not brain washed into thinking these elites are looking out for our best interests. Just think is it a coincidence that the conservatives have pushed through a tax break for inheritance tax which will mainly benefit the richer individuals in comparison to the tax credit cuts to the poor? One key belief of ours, which can be agreed on by many, is that technology and modernisation could progress a lot more quickly and efficiently for the benefit of us all if money and profit was not a barrier. It is the word profit that determines whether or not new technology becomes available. Just think is this the reason why renewable energy is not readily available to us all as it is very hard to make profit from this? Another belief of ours which is crystal clear is that human nature has an attraction to being kind, helpful, supportive, loving, compassionate etc; you only have to look at how people react/unite to natural disasters. Natural resources are manipulated and manoeuvred in such a way that they are made available to just the few, because of this you see crime, violence etc raise its ugly head. When you look through some of our statistics it is obvious that this scenario is played out every day. When you look at acts of evil or human suffering it normally results in profits for the few, ie human slave trade, modern wars, drugs trade, exploitation of the middle east and Africa. Every time there is profit being made there is exploitation on some level. We also believe that the world's organisations and world's elite have too much to lose and it is the same families that stay in power. We are kept in order and under control by subtly being brainwashed with propaganda through the world's media. Just think why people get so irate when they hear about Joe public claiming a couple hundred of our taxes but we don't bat an eye lid when the Royals claim millions of our taxes even though they are already multi millionaires with private business interests? It just doesn't add up. We are taught this as the norm. These 'special people' are entitled to take our taxes to fund their luxury life styles. Where as ordinary people have to struggle to fund basic life necessities. In short, we are a group of people who believe the monetary system no longer works. It penalizes the many to benefit the few. We want to change this so we can all live in an equal and fairer world. A world where we can all have equal access to power, resources and quality of life. We won't see any real improvements to our lives by sitting back and waiting for the rich and powerful to change our lives for us. Our destiny is in our hands and it is up to us to do something with it.
