What an amazing evening. Thankyou so much for a colossal event Morecrofts Solicitors. A massive well done to all the amazing humans and businesses who were shortlisted and for those who took the awards home.

You're definitely going to need more tables next year!

We will be telling everyone how these awards feel different from other events. There's something genuinely special about the atmosphere in the room. The cheers are real, the support is genuine, and everyone champions each other's success for all the right reasons.
It's a brilliant reflection of the Merseyside business community and something you should be incredibly proud of!

Great to have the full Talk the Talk Education CIC team attending today's Excellence in Education event for Sefton schools!

Always brilliant to connect with education leaders outside of their usual working environments, share experiences and identify the challenges facing young people that we can work collaboratively to address.

We were also neighbours for the day with our fantastic Sefton partners, !

Great to see everyone and have some really positive conversations!

Talk the Talk Education CIC have two more FULLY FUNDED places/programmes for NEET young people in Sefton. Facilitated by Ben Towell in collaboration with Merseyside Expanding Horizons

Our Be Brilliant sessions focus on confidence, assertiveness, motivation and preparing for work, including practical mock job interviews.

The impact from our last programme was brilliant:

100% felt more confident
96% reported positive behaviour change
100% would recommend it to a friend

The programme is fully funded by Living Well Sefton and Sefton Council For Voluntary Service, so there’s no cost to participants.

We would really appreciate you sharing this with anyone working with NEET young people in Sefton – or any parents/carers who might know someone who would benefit.

Karen Hampson from Talk the Talk Education CIC attended the Halton & St Helens Funders Festival organised by Halton & St Helens Voluntary and Community Action connecting with potential funders and listening closely to what local communities say they need most.

A brilliant networking event and a great reminder of how much passion and potential there is across the region.

After 11 years of Talk the Talk Education, we’re incredibly proud to now be working with 70% of secondary schools in Sefton.

But we want to reach the other 30%. And that’s where you brilliant eggs come in!

Our team delivers practical, engaging education that helps young people build healthy relationships, positive behaviours, respectful communication, confidence and self-esteem –challenging misogyny, sexual harassment, gender inequality and harmful attitudes choices. All the issues and young person topics that can quite simply, help students be decent humans.

We’re already making a difference across Sefton. Now we want to make sure even more local young people get that opportunity.

We’d LOVE an introduction to someone at:

Birkdale High School
Christ the King Catholic High School and Sixth Form Centre
Deyes High School
Hillside High School
Maghull High School
St. Mary's College, Crosby

Teachers. Governors. School staff. Anyone that can link us in with school leads.

If you know someone who could help us get through the right door, please tag them below, share this post, drop us a DM or email
