Northumberland, Tyne and Wear Support Group Fundraising Walk 2026 - Spanish City, Whitley Bay to St Mary's Lighthouse (and back!)

Please join us for a walk along the beautiful North Tyneside coast from Spanish City to St Mary's Lighthouse - all in aid of the Northumberland, Tyne and Wear HDA Support Group

We are looking to raise £300 to send 5 group members to the national conference in October

We were recently able to provide training to Cleveland police to raise awareness of HD, you can read more about it here :)

Training professionals is part of our campaign to raise awareness around Huntington's disease and ensure better care and support in the community.

Hi, we've got our Neurocafe this Friday 1-3 at the Community Room, Kingston Park Tesco, anyone is welcome 🙂
This Saturday 6th June is also our family day in Darlington 11-3, people booked on will have had emails from me with the information, but let me know if you have any questions.
This event is now fully booked but if any spaces come up I will let people know 🙂

Our County Durham group will be next Wednesday 20th 10.30-12.30 Pelton Library

The groups are small and friendly, anyone with any personal connection to Huntington's disease is welcome :)
