Freedom to Flourish CIC- Impact Film 2026

Watching this back as we reflect over the past year, it's hard not to feel emotional. 🥲

We are incredibly grateful to the wonderful families who choose us, return to us, and spread the word. We are building a very special community and it means the world to hear that you enjoy what we do. 🌿

We promise to continue working hard to secure funding, listening to what our communities need from us, building links with other amazing organisations, and creating moments that matter, from cradle to community. ✨️

🛁✨ June Baby Spa Special ✨🛁

Our next Baby Spa session is now live, and it’s one you won’t want to miss! 💐

Join us on Friday 26th June for a beautifully calming baby spa experience, designed to help you slow down, relax, and deepen the bond with your little one.

Step into the peaceful surroundings of the Made to Be Mum Studio, where everything is thoughtfully prepared just for you. You’ll each have your own luxury baby spa setup, including a tub, towel, robe, slippers, comb, mirror, sensory toys and a personalised message board.

Soft lighting, gentle music and subtle aromatherapy scents create the perfect atmosphere to unwind and connect, with sweet themed touches throughout to make the session extra special.

We begin with time to settle in and chat, followed by a calming guided meditation to help you fully relax. Your baby will then enjoy a soothing spa bath with optional oat milk, followed by a gentle full-body massage using 100% organic, cold-pressed sunflower oil, recommended by the International Association of Infant Massage for its nourishing, baby-safe properties. You’ll take your own bottle home afterwards.

Finish by snuggling your baby into a cosy robe, slippers and hair wrap, ready for the most adorable photos using our photo prop seat and themed backdrop, plus a little keepsake craft to take home, a special memory of your time together 💕

🌿Flourish Fest- a celebration of remarkable women🌿

Flourish Fest 2026 🤍

When we first created Freedom to Flourish, our vision was to offer sessions for babies and young children… but with a twist. Yes, the babies would have an activity, but my real focus was always the mums.

The transition into motherhood is such a huge, life-changing part of a woman’s journey, and we wanted to create a space where mums could come exactly as they are. A space to vent, laugh, cry, share, learn from one another, and feel less alone. No pressure. No judgement. Just support, honesty, and connection. Nobody is rushed to leave after a session, and most of what we offer is free of charge (with all profits from our paid events going back into our community) because let's face it, maternity pay and an extra mouth to feed can make things feel a little tighter.

Flourish Fest started as a simple idea: a child-free afternoon where the women who have supported us from the start by attending our sessions, spreading the word and sticking with us for our whole first year could come together and just be.

Painting, a grazing board, drinks, music, lots of laughter, and the most beautiful energy from a room full of incredible women ✨

I personally feel so supported by this community, and I truly hope every parent who comes to Freedom to Flourish feels supported, seen, and held too.

Today, there's been lots of Freedom to Flourish activity going on around Merseyside and I wanted to say a massive thank you to our facilitators, Paige and Jay, who have been busy creating special moments for people in our community, across two different projects.

We can't wait to tell you more about our 'Branching Out' project...but for now, big thanks to
and for helping us to remove barriers to sport and fitness for young people.

Thank you to for inviting us along to Anfield to speak at their Career Club. Today's session was geared towards young people looking to pursue a career in the sports industry, so our fantastic coach was well placed to share his experiences and advice.

🌿Freedom to Flourish from cradle to community

At Freedom to Flourish CIC, while much of our work is centred around babies, preschoolers and parents, we're passionate about supporting wellbeing at every stage of life.

With the support of Sport England Movement funding, we’re able to keep growing that vision, creating spaces where movement feels welcoming, joyful and possible for everyone.

We care deeply about nurturing confidence, connection and a sense of belonging, because feeling good in your body isn’t just about exercise, it’s about being seen, supported and included.

🌿Through our Active Roots sessions, teenagers with learning and/or physical disabilities are finding their confidence, sharing laughter and discovering that sport can truly be for them.

🌿And through our collaborative Branching Out project, care leavers and adults in supported living are gently building healthy habits, forming connections and exploring movement in ways that feel right for them. We are grateful to the wonderful team at for helping us to facilitate this for the young adults they support.
