Want to congratulate Employment Plus Salvation Army on the excellent work they do. Not only on finding jobs but working on self esteem, confidence and sourcing training courses too. All our residents at Ann Fowler House can access this service and meet with Charlotte from Employment plus. It's easy to access, just let your support worker know and she will come to you! The figures speak for themselves!

We are so proud of our resident boxer, came into our service having never boxed before, and is now competing in a charity white collar boxing event in Liverpool in July. He wants to give back to the company who is currently helping improve his life, so all his funds are going to The Salvation Army!

We are all behind him and supporting him, please see the links to the just giving and the boxing event to find out more.

GOOD LUCK GERARD!

Sunny day at Ann Fowler May 2025.
Staff: Fancy joining us outside for some painting/art?
Residents: I'm not very good at painting, I don't know what I'd do, I don't want to spoil it. Thanks but I'm alright.
Staff: Experience and talent not necessary, just come outside, be together, have fun and see what happens.

This is what we created! Now framed all around the service.
No matter how temporary your home, there should always be something to look at that brings you joy.

THANK YOU SALVATION ARMY πŸ™βœ¨

It was a pleasure to meet residents at The Salvation Army International's Ann Fowler House in Liverpool this afternoon. Fallen Angels' artistic director Paul Beyes Kitcher was joined by Tom, one of our recovery artists from Liverpool, to deliver a movement session for residents and explain the impact Fallen Angels has on individuals in recovery ❀

We were honoured to be invited to meet this amazing group of individuals and hope to see some of you at our workshops in the future!
