Learning from Life Meditation Workshops
Join us for this immensely practical series of meditation workshops. In these classes we will learn to cope with the problems of life. By practicing Buddha’s teachings, we can change the way we look at life and when difficulties arise we can use these to transform our mind.

Hi everyone, at our meditation class tonight, and over the next 5 weeks, we are exploring Meditations to Beat Anxiety. Meditation is an effective way to combat negative states of mind and create a sense of mental freedom. By gaining experience of meditation techniques and positive thinking we can learn to control our mind, rather than allowing our mind to control us.

This Sunday sees the return of our meditation classes for children These classes for children aim to develop and nurture their good qualities through meditation and positive thinking. With fun activities, this class is designed to help your child feel more peaceful, happy and loving.
Suitable for children aged 4 to 9 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Everyone is welcome!
