Classes consist of guided meditations and a talk
covering a different aspect of meditation & positive thinking each week, offering practical advice from the Buddhist tradition for a happy and meaningful life. There’s no need to book or to attend the whole series; classes are suitable fo

r everyone, seating is on chairs and no special clothing is needed - just come as you are.

£5 per class (concessions available). No individual receives payment for running these classes – all profits are paid into the International Temples Project fund, a registered charity working for world peace.

If you would like to make your life as meaningful as possible and reach your true potential then come along to our new season of Meditation classes, beginning Tuesday 6th Jan at St Mary's Millennium Centre at 7pm.

Hi everyone, GREAT NEWS! we are starting our weekly meditation classes in West Derby again! Meditation classes will be held from 7.00pm - 8.15pm on Tuesdays at the St Marys Millennium Centre, Meadow Lane, Liverpool L12 5EA. Please spread the word! We hope to see you there 🙂
