Mags is a force of productivity and the true embodiment of getting things done. Looking after both Avenue HQ Liverpool locations, there isnāt much she doesnāt know about our members, community, or spaces.
Whether sheās making sure the sites are looking their best, supporting and motivating the team, fixing problems before anyone else notices them, or catching up with members, Mags has it covered. Sheās always on hand to help, keeps everything running smoothly, and somehow knows exactly whatās going on at any given moment.
Simply put, Mags is the glue that holds our Liverpool community together, and weāre incredibly lucky to have her.
Favourite thing about AHQ Life: What I value most about AHQ is the way it has helped shape me both personally and professionally. Itās a place where Iāve been able to find myself and grow into who I am. Iāve learned that itās okay to be human, to make mistakes, and still feel supported and valued. Above all, I feel genuinely respected and cared for by the people I work with.
