Hey everyone,

It is with a heavy heart I have to let you all know our community flows session will not be taking place at Yogacita this Thursday as well as Family Yoga this Sunday .. after lot's of reading/thinking/listening about this virus, I have taken advice and decided it would be the best decision to cancel along with the rest of my classes for the foreseeable future..

Our practice involves us being in close contact, something I don't feel is the right thing to do at this time and I wouldn't want to compromise our collective safety and the quality of the session as a result!

I hope we can be back moving together as soon as there is more understanding around this issue we face, but I hope that this time can help us to form stronger connections and focus on being healthy and happy!

I'm planning to start some free outdoor or online sessions in the meantime once I've established the best way to do so.. serving ourselves socially and creatively is something I believe to be very important in emotional and physically challenging times.
