Liverpool Floating Support North

Liverpool Floating Support North Providing person centred, flexible support to reduce the risk of homelessness and promotes the independence and wellbeing of vulnerable people in Liverpool

Liverpool Floating Support has been commissioned by Liverpool City Council, and will be delivered by three providers across Liverpool, to support adults in the area who are at risk of becoming homeless. We will provide time-limited, accessible support for people in North Liverpool, so you will be able to access support in your local community. The service provides a range of support options, inclu

ding one-to-one support in your home or the community, drop-in sessions, a community hub, and telephone based support. You can be referred into the service by a health or social care professional, charity worker, housing association, Liverpool City Council, Mainstay and homelessness agencies, among others. You can also self-refer into the service by completing a referral form, by calling in at one of our Hubs/Drop-ins, or calling the number provided. Staff can support you to complete the forms if required.
