We’re looking for people with diverse backgrounds, skills, and lived experiences to join our Board of Trustees and help us deliver high-quality, accessible advice to the people who need it most.

We’re especially keen to hear from:

✅ People from underrepresented groups, including women, young people and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

We're looking for a General Adviser to join the team at Citizens Advice Wirral. You'll support local people with a wide range of issues including benefits, housing, debt, employment and relationships, providing advice through phone, face-to-face appointments, outreach locations, webchat, email and other digital channels.

Every day is different, and every conversation has the potential to change someone's life.
