Coming soon is Kit.T.Artistry , a talented artist who offers a variety of tatooing services from artwork to cosmetic. I'm sure she will be made very welcome and a popular addition to our ever-growing range of shops and services.

Liss Infant and Junior Schools are celebrating the of result the Infant School's latest Ofsted inspection. We are lucky to have a school where staff are caring and work hard to give our children the best start.

After what seemed like a very long wait, the Infant school Ofsted report has come in! We are very happy and proud to announce that the Infant school is GOOD in all areas!

Last Friday some of the children from First Steps Preschool walked to the Whistlestop Liss carpark where Wholesome Fruit Veg & Mix hold a weekly stall. The children enjoyed choosing some delicious fresh fruit to share at snack time.
Why not follow the children's lead, and pop down on Friday to get yourself some fresh fruit and veg?

Looking for something to do this weekend? The Triangle (Liss Community Association) has a weekend of festivities right here in the centre of the village.

An established feature in the village calendar, the music and beer festival has lots on offer, kicking off at 2.30pm with Liss Band, who won best band at Bandamonium in Devon earlier this month.

Tickets available on the door for Saturday's event, and advance booking required for Sunday (for catering purposes)

What a wonderful addition to the playground at Liss Infant School. The children who make up the School Council gave their views on the options available to help make the decision on what equipment to install. I'm sure the children will enjoy many playtimes exploring this.
